Job Description

Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for developing and closing new business in new fleet accounts. This role includes consistent outreach and prospecting, collaborating and strategizing with Sales Development Representatives, gaining a deep understanding of the customer and their needs, actively listening and discovering meaningful pain points, asking second and third-level questions to dig into those pain paints, demonstrating our product to show value in solving those pains, creating mutual action plans, and holding prospects accountable to those plans, navigating the buying process, accurately forecasting pipeline, and executing against quota. This role focuses on the large fleets (1000+ drivers), which is critical to the success of Idelic and is viewed in that light. 
 

% Travel required: 50%
 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent experience 

Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of on-quota, B2B SaaS sales experience
  • A history of selling to medium to large organizations
  • Skilled at selling value propositions to each level of senior management and/or C-level executives
  • History of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets
  • Experience in lead generation or as a sales development representative
  • Ability to think strategically and work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Teamwork and excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site product demos and meet with prospects
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Optional:

  • Transportation software sales experience
  • Experience working at a startup
