Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an Enterprise Architect, Content Supply Chain (Remote) to serve as the primary technical driver for delivering high-quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Global Enterprise customers. As the content supply chain evolves to incorporate agentic AI capabilities, this role requires someone who can architect solutions at the intersection of traditional enterprise platforms and emerging AI-enabled workflows. - Align all delivery team activities to documented customer Business Objectives, including proactively converting complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Produce project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation and project timelines.
- Quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
- Lead cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
- Past experience in a consultative role leading large-scale enterprise content supply chain or digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect, Senior Consultant, or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Multiple years of experience hands-on architecting and/or implementing solutions across the Adobe Content Supply Chain ecosystem, with depth in one or more of the following core platforms:
- Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with enterprise platform integrations, with emphasis on REST APIs or MCPs, cross-system data flows, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong leadership abilities that align all delivery team activities to documented customer Business Objectives, including the ability to proactively convert complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimations, resource allocation and project timelines.
- Ability to quickly diagnose delivery challenges and formulate effective remediation plans to adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
- Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams.
- Proficient in written and verbal communications adaptable for Technical, Marketing and/or executive leadership audiences.
- One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications, with preference for AEM or Workfront.
- Hands-on familiarity with one or more emerging Adobe CSC capabilities:
- GenStudio for Performance Marketing
- Firefly for Creative Production / Firefly Services APIs
- Frame.io and Adobe Cloud Storage
- Adobe App Builder and Adobe I/O Runtime
- AI integrations using MCP or LLM frameworks
- Experience working with or evaluating AI agent capabilities within the Adobe GenStudio ecosystem, including agentic workflows that support content operations, governance, audience intelligence, or marketing activation
- Unified Campaign Metadata frameworks or cross-platform metadata governance
- Adobe InDesign or Premiere Pro in an enterprise workflow context
- Demonstrable experience with Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions — either architecting AI-enabled workflows, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, or hands-on experience building AI agents.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end content supply chain concepts including workflow management, digital asset management, content creation, review and approval, activation, and performance measurement.
- Broader Adobe Experience Cloud familiarity (AEP, CJA, AJO) is a plus but not required for this engagement.
The base salary range for this position is $150,000–$210,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
