We’re hiring an Enterprise architect to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across retail, QSR, and consumer-focused environments. This role is heavily focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and requires deep expertise designing production-grade cloud-native architecture using services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Looker. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with event-driven architecture, API orchestration, microservices, customer data ecosystems, and large-scale platform modernization initiatives. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions while guiding distributed engineering teams through enterprise transformation programs. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, architecture strategy expertise, and hands-on experience building resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud platforms on GCP.

Required Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of experience in designing solutions
  • Strong experience in digital transformation within QSR, retail, consumer, or large enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, data platforms, customer data ecosystems, integration patterns, and modern application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Demonstrated experience with designing and architecting end-to-end solutions that are production grade
  • Proficient experience in GCP, and experience in using a wide range of GCP services, like  BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Looker – GCP Architect certification will be a must-have
  • Proficient in event driven architecture, event streaming integrations, API orchestration with GCP, AWS Service, microservice architecture with NodeJs, Python language hands-on experience
  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to elicit feature requirements and translate into technical specifications, and design the architecture
  • Demonstrated experience in designing solutions and defining the architecture with Cloud design principles, Well architected framework, DevOps, CI/CD, infra as code understanding.
  • Proficient experience in one or more programming language, such as Python, Node etc.
  • 8+ years of proficient experience in events design, Kafka, GCP cloud pub/sub, Dataflow, cloud function, Data stream.
  • Experience in Platform architecture with Contract-driven, policies configuration driven, SDKs development for digital properties and seamless event stream data collection integration for downstream applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices for coding, testing, and deployment are adopted
  • Ensure performance and resiliency - Optimize the performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data pipelines and applications on GCP.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with distributed teams and deliver to customer objectives
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and large-scale platform transformations.
  • Proficient in using the Atlassian tool suite for application lifecycle management
  • Hybrid working model – Need to work 3 days out of 5 from office

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with warehouse-native architectures, CDP modernization, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with Martech, AdTech, loyalty platforms, customer identity, and analytics ecosystems is preferable.
