WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Granica's Founding BDR, you'll play a key role in building our outbound engine, driving top-of-funnel activity, and engaging with senior data and engineering leaders at the world's most innovative companies.
  • Identify and research target accounts across enterprise and upper-midmarket segments
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage VP+ stakeholders in data, engineering, infrastructure, and AI
  • Qualify inbound interest and route high-potential leads to the appropriate AE
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to experiment, iterate, and optimize messaging and outreach sequences
  • Maintain and organize activity in our CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Become an expert in Granica's value proposition, target personas, and the AI data infrastructure ecosystem

WHO YOU ARE
  • At least 1-2 years of BDR, SDR, or sales experience in SaaS or cloud/data infrastructure (internships or high-quality bootcamps also considered)
  • Curious, scrappy, and highly motivated to learn enterprise sales from the ground up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments where creativity and ownership are valued
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. is a plus
