About This Opportunity:

The Enterprise Global Account Director at Docebo is a senior-level sales role responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level prospects. This role focuses on inspiring and educating prospects about Docebo's core LMS solution and expanding the adoption of our technology suite. The Global Account Director will work closely with C-level prospect executives, leveraging deep industry knowledge to craft and close complex deals. This role involves a significant amount of strategic planning, prospect interaction, and internal collaboration, with the objective of driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and Manage Relationships: Sell into and manage relationships with enterprise-level prospects. 
  • Serve as Primary Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for all communications with these accounts, interacting with senior-level internal and external resources.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Use extensive sales experience to provide territory and key account planning, steer prospecting efforts, and work with the Business Development team to drive net new opportunities.
  • Educate and Position Solutions: Inspire and educate accounts on the value of our LMS solution and technology suite, positioning Docebo as a leader in the learning and development landscape.
  • ROI Analysis: Leverage value engineering partners to provide excellent ROI analysis to establish top-line value propositions.
  • Close Complex Deals: Craft and close large, complex deals with Senior Business Leaders and other C-level executives.
  • Forecasting: Ensure accurate forecasting to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate Internally: Develop strong relationships with post-sales teams and coordinate internal resources, including Account Management, Marketing, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Client Success, to drive account strategy, deal closure, and customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for Innovation: Act as an ambassador for innovation and change in the learning and development space, advocating for Docebo's solution suite.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+  years of Enterprise SaaS software sales or account management experience,
  • Must have experience in and deep knowledge of the HR software space, preferrably LMS.
  • Sales Success: Proven success as an experienced, quota-crushing sales professional.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Salesforce (CRM), sales automation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong, and web conferencing tools like Zoom.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an organized and updated pipeline.
  • Soft Skills: Natural confidence, coachable, accountable, resilient, and able to problem-solve and adapt quickly.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal resources and stakeholders.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
