Position overview

Coursera and Udemy are building one of the world’s most comprehensive skills development platforms. As part of the integration, we are standing up a unified Enterprise Growth team to serve SMB and small-team demand through scalable, product-led and sales-assisted motions spanning Coursera Web Enabled Sales (WES), Udemy Team Plan, an inside sales pilot, and outsourced SMB coverage.

The Enterprise Growth Strategy & Operations Manager is the primary operator of this new business. This role owns the planning, operating cadence, reporting coordination, and cross-functional program management required to run WES, Team Plan, and related growth motions as one integrated business. The manager connects Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and external partners, and drives the discretionary execution work needed to prove the operating model in H2 2026 and set credible FY27 targets.

The ideal candidate is a structured, commercially minded operator who is comfortable owning ambiguous cross-functional work end to end, building operating rhythms from scratch, and driving execution in a high-change, post-merger environment.

Key responsibilities1. Own planning and the operating cadence for the Enterprise Growth business
  • Build and run the weekly and monthly business review cadence across WES, Team Plan, inside sales pilot, and outsourced SMB motions.
  • Coordinate target-setting, forecasting inputs, and FY27 planning in partnership with Finance and RevOps.
  • Maintain a single integrated view of priorities, initiatives, risks, and decisions for Enterprise Growth leadership.
  • Prepare leadership reviews, QBR materials, and executive updates with clear narratives and data-backed recommendations.
2. Drive cross-functional program management and execution
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, Finance, and Customer Success for growth initiatives spanning funnel optimization, pricing and packaging tests, lifecycle programs, lead routing, and conversion experiments.
  • Translate strategy into structured programs with owners, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria; track execution and unblock teams.
  • Manage the operating relationship with outsourced/BPO SMB partners, including performance expectations, escalation paths, and improvement plans.
  • Support the inside sales pilot with workflow design, rules of engagement, and handoff clarity between PLG, inside sales, and field teams.
3. Improve reporting, accountability, and decision quality
  • Coordinate unified reporting definitions across Coursera and Udemy motions in partnership with the Senior Business Analyst, Finance, and RevOps.
  • Establish clear KPIs, operating dashboards, and accountability mechanisms across leading and lagging indicators.
  • Surface risks, tradeoffs, and investment needs to Enterprise Growth leadership with pragmatic recommendations.
  • Document and standardize processes, rules of engagement, and playbooks as the operating model matures.
Success measures
  • Annual performance metrics (top of funnel, bookings, renewal rate, etc.) for the Growth Team
  • Annual targets and planning inputs delivered on time with Finance and RevOps.
  • Cross-functional growth initiatives executed on schedule with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Outsourced partner performance managed against agreed expectations, with documented escalation and improvement paths.
Candidate profile
  • 6–9 years of experience in revenue strategy and operations, business operations, GTM strategy, growth operations, consulting, or related roles in B2B SaaS or adjacent environments.
  • Proven ability to run operating cadences, planning cycles, and executive reporting for a revenue-generating business.
  • Strong cross-functional program management skills, with experience coordinating Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external partners.
  • Commercial fluency across funnel metrics, conversion, renewal, and pipeline concepts; comfort partnering closely with analysts and Finance on targets and forecasts.
  • Excellent structured communication: crisp documents, clear executive updates, and pragmatic tradeoff framing.
  • Experience with vendor or BPO partner management is a plus.
  • Comfort operating in a post-merger or high-change environment where structure, systems, and boundaries are still evolving.
