Job Description
The EOC Service Manager provides operational oversight for all discipline administrators, UNIX, Wintel and NOC I, II and III in the Enterprise Operations Center. The EOC Service Manager is responsible for the availability of all production systems and applications. The EOC SM acts as a single point of contact for all critical, high and moderate priority production outages. This team provides 24x7x365 support to the BAE organization. Shifts are a 12-hour workday and on-call flexibility is required.
The ideal candidate for this position is an expert managing and supporting a highly complex, diverse and geographically diverse organization.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Networking based production environments
- Experience with root cause investigation and incident resolution
- Advanced knowledge of network and server technologies (Routers, Switches, VOIP, Packet Captures, Windows, Unix, and Linux)
- Familiarity with storage data replication technologies and network and systems monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Cisco ISE)
- Experience with RDP, CMD commands, and disaster recovery practices
- Knowledge of information systems auditing and security
- Ability to document and maintain compliant change management process and control over the IT environment
- Technical documentation skills, with ability to create and maintain current knowledge and runbook documentation library
- Experience with automation and streamlining systems/solutions
- Familiarity with vendor management for escalation and critical problem management
