As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating qualified enterprise opportunities and partnering closely with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth. You will engage senior HR, Employee Experience, Learning, and Transformation leaders, uncover strategic workforce challenges, and help position Perceptyx as a trusted partner.
- Pipeline Generation: Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across North American territories in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Strategic Engagement: Proactively engage senior HR, EX, L&D, and Transformation leaders using a multi-channel outbound strategy including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Qualification: Effectively qualify prospects by uncovering strategic workforce challenges, validating fit, and prioritizing accounts with the highest enterprise potential.
- Collaboration: Deliver high-quality meeting handoffs to AEs with clear context, insights, and documented buyer intent.
- Strategy & Hygiene: Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, track territory engagement, and contribute insights to improve regional go-to-market strategy while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of total professional experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS with B2B sales development or inside sales experience.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success selling into enterprise organizations, preferably to HR or L&D leaders.
- Tech Stack: Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Independence: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
- USD: $60,000-$65,000 base salary per year
- CAD: $85,000-$90,000 base salary per year
- Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
