As a world class asset-based carrier, Charger Logistics specializes in delivering assets, on time and on budget. With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.

We are looking for a driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value accounts across North America, selling our full suite of logistics and transportation solutions to enterprise-level shippers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, helping them solve complex supply chain challenges through tailored freight solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across target verticals 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with VPs, Directors, and C-suite stakeholders at target accounts
  • Develop customized solutions by collaborating with operations, pricing, and solutions design teams
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and volume targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless transition post-close and long-term client retention

Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years selling logistics, freight, or supply chain solutions
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure contracts with enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of truckload (TL), and cross-border transportation
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cross-border (US/Canada/Mexico) freight 
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms and logistics technology
  • Existing book of business or established shipper relationships
