Job Purpose:

  • Enterprise Solutions Architect position is responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technical solutions that align with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring that the solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of the business.
  • Responsible for providing pre-sale and post-sale design support for prospective and current customers as needed.
  • Serve as implementation and support escalation for network and security services products.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise-wide technical solutions that align with the organization's overall internal - external strategic goals such as traditional WAN, SD-WAN, NaaS, SaaS, Wireless, AWS, Azure, GCP among others
  • Work closely and collaborate with the different engineering departments within our secure networking security services organization, IT, cloud, operations, product, sales, pre-sales, among others to successfully deliver our services internally and externally.
  • Responsible for the development, document, and maintenance of best practices solutions guidelines to be distributed and implemented across the entire organization
  • Responsible for developing, implement and document any POC (prove of concept) associated with existing or new product/technologies
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure solutions are integrated and align with the organization's overall strategy
  • Communicate with the stakeholders and other teams to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs Function as the highest technical escalation level for the entire organization 24/7 availability as needed
  • Design and escalation for support/troubleshooting of complex customer environments that encompass multiple clouds and datacenters
  • Best practice design and solution validation - responsible for vetting designs and customer solutions in lab scenarios Network Automation and Programmability - using industry tools and API access

Education:


Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:


CCIE or equivalent -- preferred CCNP or equivalent -- must have Nokia, CISCO, Juniper, Velocloud, Aruba, Meraki, Palo Alto, F5 Networks, any security certification a plus

 

Relevant Work Experience:


Over 10 years in related field Special Knowledge

 

Skills and Abilities:


AWS and Azure networking - design and implementation Site-to-site VPNs along with client VPNs - Meraki, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint Securing networks with UTM appliances - Palo Alto, Fortinet and Checkpoint Python, Ansible and Linux experience Experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP large corporate LAN/WANs Troubleshoot complex networks to identify root cause issue Experience with Velocloud, Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, Juniper, Aruba, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Nokia, Cisco System IT Infrastructure, Cloud deployment Network Security, SASE Enterprise and Data Center architecture Communications/customer skills


Due to U.S. Government requirements applicable to foreign-owned telecommunications providers, non-US citizens may be required to submit to an extensive government agency background check which will necessitate disclosure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information.
