Key Responsibilities- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end operations projects for the Enterprise AI unit.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress using tools such as Notion, Slack, Hubspot, etc.
- Business Operations Management:
- Optimize the design and execution of the client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as the central point of coordination between teams: technical, sales, legal, finance, and marketing.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment on shared goals across teams.
- Work closely with the general manager and leadership team to align operational efforts with strategic objectives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead weekly meetings and ensure stakeholder buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Project Management Expertise:
- 3-5+ years of experience managing projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments, preferably in tech, AI companies, knowledge with GPU/compute is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with PMP certification is a plus.
- Business Operations Knowledge:
- Proven experience in creating SOPs, process workflows, and managing operational frameworks.
- Experience with designing and implementing client onboarding processes is highly desirable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Demonstrated ability to work across departments with legal, finance, technical, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in matrixed organizations or business units.
- Communication and Leadership Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with executive-level leadership.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Tools & Software Proficiency:
- Good command of Notion as a project management tool.
- Competency in handling business operations dashboards and reports.
