Job Description :We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch their careers in the production and entertainment industry. As a Production Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the production process from pre-production through post-production, working closely with various team members to ensure the smooth operation and timely completion of projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets.
  • Support the production team with administrative tasks including scheduling and communication.
  • Coordinate and distribute production materials and documents to relevant departments.
  • Help manage inventory and order necessary supplies for production needs.
  • Provide on-set assistance, ensuring smooth operations during shoots.
  • Assist in monitoring continuity and taking detailed notes for production staff.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film or media production is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends when needed.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and terminology.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
