In this role, you will support, maintain, and optimize Epic ClinDoc functionality to enable efficient, compliant, and high quality clinical workflows. You will partner closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to deliver stable and effective Epic solutions.

- Collaborate with project managers to deliver Epic initiatives on time and within scope

Required Qualifications:
- Epic ClinDoc or ASAP Certification
- 2+ years of customer facing experience in a healthcare environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting Epic EHR systems
- 2+ years of hands on experience working with Epic ClinDoc
- Solid understanding of clinical workflows
- Ability and willingness to work Pacific Time hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient Orders, ASAP)
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Proven solid analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
