Lead end-to-end Epic-to-Epic data migrations: discover, scope, extract, map, load, and validate legacy Epic data using Epic Bridges and InterSystems Ensemble. Coordinate cross-team efforts and solve complex data mapping challenges.
We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Data Conversion Engineer to lead data migration efforts for our Endeavor project. The ideal candidate is a strong Epic Bridges certified analyst with a proven track record of successful Epic-to-Epic (E2E) data conversions.
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $95/hour on W2
Term: 3+ months
Key Responsibilities- Lead organizations through the discovery, scoping, and execution phases of complex data conversion projects.
- Extract, map, load, and validate historical data from legacy Epic systems into the new Epic environment.
- Leverage Epic Bridges and InterSystems Ensemble to facilitate seamless data migration.
- Bring a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset to solve intricate data mapping and translation challenges.
Requirements
- Extensive, proven experience specifically doing E2E data conversions (Priority Filter).
- Epic Bridges Certification with recent, extensive hands-on experience using Bridges for data migration.
- Strong working knowledge of InterSystems Ensemble.
- Proven ability to lead scoping phases, collaborate across teams, and act proactively.
- Experience utilizing the developer console within InterSystems Ensemble.
- Experience with InterSystems Caché development.
- Prior experience converting clinical notes, imaging data, or MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) data.
