Role Overview:


We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to own, manage, and continuously improve our OneTrust platform, with primary responsibility for Privacy capabilities. This role sits within our Digital Nexus technology organization, working closely with the U.S. Privacy & Confidentiality Office and other business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands on with OneTrust configuration and administration, deeply understands how privacy programs operate in practice, and can translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform solutions. 


Key Responsibilities OneTrust Platform Ownership 


• Serve as the product owner and primary administrator for the OneTrust instance supporting key Privacy and Third-Party Management workstreams. 

• Own the platform backlog, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business and client needs o Configure and maintain OneTrust modules including Privacy Automation (data maps, PIAs/DPIAs, DSARs, incidents, notices) and Cookie Consent Management. 

• Manage environments, releases, testing, and production change, following documented change management procedures Privacy Program Enablement 

• Partner with privacy, legal, risk, and compliance business stakeholders to operationalize privacy requirements inside OneTrust 

• Translate regulatory obligations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, global privacy laws) into assessments, workflows, and reporting structures 

• Maintain privacy inventories, assessments, and dashboards that support audit ready programs 

• Manage cookie consent settings and categorization inside OneTrust Technical Delivery & Integration 

• Partner with solution architects and engineering teams on: o Integrations (e.g., procurement systems, GRC, ticketing, IAM) o Data imports/exports, APIs, and automation Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
