You will start by learning our operational processes hands-on, supporting daily trading readiness and data quality workflows, and as you gain domain expertise, you will shift toward building features, automations, and decision-support tools for trading. This role offers full exposure to the ETF trading business, where you will collaborate closely with traders, operations, and the development team. Your work will directly support trading decisions through day-to-day responsibilities that include automating workflows that support ETF pricing such as corporate action processing, parameter updates, and listing onboarding. You will integrate new data sources and extend pricing pipelines as coverage expands. You will build tools to analyze ETF pricing, investigate data quality issues and coordinate resolution with traders and developers. You will also own daily pricing system readiness as you learn the domain.
