As an Events & Activation Producer, you'll be the architect of our field presence, producing seamless events and creating memorable brand experiences that drive trial and awareness in your local market.

About the Role

The Events & Activation Producer is a scrappy, hands-on event production specialist responsible for end-to-end activation production and management. From securing permits and managing storage units, you'll handle all the moving parts that bring Everyday Dose experiences to life. You're part problem solver, part logistics coordinator, part brand guardian, ensuring every activation runs flawlessly while building and managing the experiential assets that bring our story to consumers.

RequirementsActivation Production & Execution
  • Develop detailed run-of-shows and production timelines for each activation
  • Lead full activation setup, including site preparation, equipment installation, and brand environment creation
  • Execute real-time troubleshooting and problem-solving during activations
  • Ensure consistent brand standards and premium consumer experience across all touchpoints
  • Manage breakdown and site restoration, leaving venues better than found
  • Document activation performance through photos, consumer feedback, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with your Field Manager or Director of Events & Partnerships to align on market strategy and activation priorities
Infrastructure & Operations Management
  • Manage a dedicated storage unit containing product inventory, equipment, and activation materials
  • Maintain detailed inventory systems and forecast supply needs across multiple activations
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, including coffee cambros (beverage dispensers), tents, tables, and branded infrastructure
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for equipment and products to/from activation sites
  • Track all expenses and provide comprehensive post-activation reporting and analysis
Team Building & Staffing
  • Recruit, train, and manage a roster of skilled production assistants capable of delivering exceptional consumer experiences
  • Create production staffing schedules optimized for activation success and team development
  • Foster a results-driven team culture focused on achieving trial and engagement targets
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in event production, experiential marketing, or activation management (CPG, beverage, wellness, or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple activations and deadlines simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
  • Physical capability to handle event setup/breakdown, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with vendors, venues, and team members
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex logistics
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Bonus points for reliable transportation
