  • Manage bookings and logistics for ActiveCampaign customer education events, including venue sourcing, scheduling, and calendar coordination.
  • Coordinate vendor and venue communications, oversee swag fulfillment, and support invoice and budget tracking.
  • Track and fulfill employee swag requests in partnership with the People team and external vendors.
  • Manage RSVP tracking, name badge printing, and ticketing platforms to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
  • Monitor the event inbox, triage requests, and maintain clear internal communication across stakeholders.
  • Assist with event promotion by coordinating assets with email, social, and content teams.
  • Support event performance reporting and KPI tracking (e.g., attendance, engagement, impact).
  • Maintain a shared calendar of events and contribute to internal communications that align teams around event goals.

What is needed:

  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations, including experience with trade show management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work from our Chicago office 2-3 days a week.
  • Passion for community, storytelling, and brand experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, or event platforms (Eventbrite) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with traveling for sponsored in-person events (approximately 25% of the time) as well as occasionally working weekends or nights based on event needs.
