Position Overview

The Director, Global Workforce Management Office (GWMO) is responsible for leading and scaling EverCommerce’s enterprise-wide strategy for outsourced and contingent labor. This senior leadership role will define the governance framework, operating model, vendor strategy, and financial oversight necessary to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency across the business. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure outsourced workforce solutions align with enterprise objectives and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Workforce Management Office (GWMO) as a centralized, enterprise-wide function.

  • Own the GWMO governance framework, policies, and scalable operating model.

  • Execute the enterprise outsourcing and contingent labor strategy aligned to corporate objectives.

  • Oversee the full outsourced labor lifecycle, including workforce planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, onboarding, transition, steady-state management, and optimization.

  • Serve as executive sponsor for key BPO and outsourcing partnerships, ensuring performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Business Unit and Functional leaders (Product Engineering, Customer Support, Finance & Accounting, and G&A teams) to design scalable, cost-effective workforce models.

  • Establish performance management standards, including SLA/KPI governance, reporting cadences, and executive-level business reviews.

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for outsourced and contingent labor programs.

  • Drive enterprise change management and communication strategies to support adoption and successful program execution.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, analytics and process improvement within outsourced workforce models.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in workforce strategy, outsourcing, operations, or related fields within a global, matrixed organization.

  • 7+ years leading large-scale outsourcing or workforce transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and optimization.

  • Significant experience negotiating and managing enterprise-level vendor relationships.

  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives across global teams.

  • Experience building new functions or operating models in high-growth or evolving environments.

Where: Remote - US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $160,000 to $180,000 USD per year with a variable component in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
