We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on driving growth across our portfolio of SaaS solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue through outbound and inbound sales efforts. You will play a key role in accelerating market expansion and strengthening EverCommerce’s position within our verticals.

As a Business Development Manager — You will own prospecting and lead generation. You’ll collaborate with Sales Executive, cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer value.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers
  • Manage the pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform growth strategies
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in SaaS or technology)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Experience managing lead generation to demo
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The total compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $90,000 to $96,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
