This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and revenue, translating payment features (cards, ACH, instant payouts, tap to pay and more) into clear customer value for solopreneurs and very small businesses. You’ll lead launches, craft compelling narratives that drive payment adoption and monetization, use data and customer insight to sharpen pricing, packaging, and conversion. In short: you make paying invoices faster, easier, and more profitable—for our customers and for us

  • Partner with Product Management to bring new payments features and enhancements to market, including GTM strategy and launch planning in different markets

  • Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end payments customer journey from signup through activation, processing, and ongoing usage - and use that understanding to identify friction points, optimize conversion, and inform GTM strategy.

  • Own payment adoption KPIs, including overall payment usage and feature-level adoption (e.g., cards, ACH, instant payouts), setting targets, tracking performance, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve activation, conversion, and sustained usage.

  • Translate payments performance data into actionable insights, connecting marketing campaigns and enablement efforts to activation lift, processing volume, and retention outcomes.

  • Develop customer-facing messaging that highlights automation, cash flow improvement, fee transparency, and operational efficiency.

  • Support content and lifecycle marketing efforts (email, in-app, education hubs, webinars) to educate customers and drive activation.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on payments buyers and users, leveraging customer insights, usage data, sales feedback, and market research.

  • Align with EverPro leadership on payments strategy and ensure consistency with broader portfolio initiatives.

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience; payments software or SaaS experience highly desired

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams to identify, position, and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across the portfolio

  • Exceptional customer centricity and appetite to engage with prospects and customers

  • Strong communication, presentation development and delivery skills

  • Solid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data

  • Strong interpersonal skills, careful attention to detail, and ability to drive consensus

  • Independent, self-starter with a sense of urgency and deep customer centricity

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment
