- Facilitate seamless executive and departmental operations by serving as the primary point of contact for room reservations and high-level email and phone communications
- Drive operational efficiency by auditing and innovating internal processes that streamline workflows for the IT leadership team and the broader department
- Direct office management initiatives, including seating strategies, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance, to ensure a high-performing physical work environment
- Manage high-stakes confidential information related to travel, expenses, and vendor relationships with absolute discretion and accuracy
- Orchestrate high-impact department meetings and large-scale internal events to foster team culture and cross-functional alignment
- Apply AI-driven tools to automate routine scheduling, summarize meeting transcripts, and optimize expense report processing for faster turnaround times

- Demonstrated self-sufficiency in prioritizing complex workloads and leading administrative projects with minimal daily guidance
- Proficiency in AI literacy and application to enhance administrative productivity, data organization, and communication workflows
- Technical mastery of the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) to facilitate modern, collaborative operations
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years of related administrative or training experience
- Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
- Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) administration
- Expense management and travel coordination systems
- Office infrastructure and communications technology
