Executive AssistantWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
3. Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
4. Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
5. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations.
7. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional.
4. Professional certifications, such as EA or CEAP.
5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity software.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience supporting C-level executives or senior-level management.
2. Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
