We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team while also contributing to key operational and GTM initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being at the center of how a business runs, and is excited to take on responsibilities beyond traditional executive support. You’ll play a critical role in keeping leadership efficient while also helping drive execution across teams.
Responsibilities Executive SupportProvide high-level administrative support to GTM arm of our business
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across time zones
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and ensure timely execution of action items
Arrange travel, logistics, and internal/external events as needed
Partner with People & Operations Lead on internal processes and company initiatives
Maintain and improve internal documentation (Notion, workflows, resources)
Support cross-functional projects and help ensure follow-through
Act as a central point of coordination across teams
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working across both administrative and operational responsibilities
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Exposure to sales or GTM teams
Opportunity to go beyond traditional EA responsibilities
