Lead Jackson Chance Foundation's next growth phase by implementing strategy, expanding and diversifying revenue, strengthening donor relationships, overseeing operations and finances, and serving as public ambassador to scale regional and national impact for NICU families.

Jackson Chance Foundation (JCF) enriches the lives of families with babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) by allowing them to spend more time with their critically ill baby. They do this by eliminating the burden of exorbitant parking costs at the NICU hospital’s parking garages. When a child is admitted into the NICU, they immediately receive a monthly parking pass which provides 24/7 garage access with unlimited in and out privileges. The pass belongs to the baby so family members can always be there.

The Jackson Chance Foundation is at an important point in its organizational history. The organization is financially strong, raising over $9 million dollars since its inception, and is ready to build its organizational infrastructure with goals of expanding JCF both regionally and nationally. Building on this position of strength, the organization is poised to enter a new chapter of impact.

The Jackson Chance Foundation (JCF) is seeking an Executive Director to lead its next phase of growth and expand its impact on families with children in the NICU. Building on a strong foundation, successful fundraising efforts, and an engaged Board, the Executive Director will implement the organization’s strategic vision, grow and diversify revenue, strengthen donor relationships, oversee operations and finances, and serve as a key ambassador alongside the Meghie Family. This is an opportunity to build on JCF’s success and drive lasting impact for NICU families throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond.

The compensation range for this position is $160,000–$185,000 annually. In addition, the Executive Director will be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.

The organization will work with the selected candidate to develop a mutually agreeable total compensation package, including benefits and other components appropriate for the role and the size of the organization.

How to apply:

If you want to lead this impactful agency, please confidentially submit a current resume and cover letter to Kittleman & Associates at www.kittlemansearch.com/jackson-chance-foundation.
