A business owner in the southwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive / Family Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both professional and personal responsibilities. This full-time role will serve as a trusted right-hand, helping manage schedules, coordinate family logistics, and create structure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, flexible, and enjoys bringing order to busy lives while maintaining complete discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate business and personal calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Organize daily, weekly, and long-term priorities to keep the principal on track.
- Coordinate household operations and family logistics.
- Assist with children's schedules, activities, transportation, and appointments as needed.
- Support with pet care for one dog
- Oversee and schedule vendors and service providers at the home
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks.
- Provide executive-level administrative support where business and personal responsibilities overlap.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing needs.
- Professional, discreet, and highly trustworthy.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 per year
