We're looking for a experienced Community Manager who can take a Discord Server from 0 to 10K, who loves the challenge of creating engagement and who has experience working with off-the-rails degen communities.
We're building a Crypto Casino that isn't afraid to push boundaries and try new things. Our product is going to push boundaries and is all in-house devved and we'd love someone who can create a unit of top-tier moderators and keep our Discord server busy, active and hilarious.
What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)
- Existing server set up reviewed and improved to make it fit for purpose.
- Discord feels alive. People are posting weird stuff. Funny stuff. Complaints are handled immediately, and mods are replying quickly and in the brand ToV.
- Mods/SOPs in place; spam/scam incidents reduced with fast response.
- Weekly events running smoothly (AMAs, tournaments, giveaways, quests).
- Weekly Community reports sent in to management
Community Growth & Engagement
- Run daily community engagement across Telegram + Discord with Discord the number 1 focus (TG is for announcements)
- Create and execute weekly content/event plans: prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, leaderboards.
- Build community culture: tone of voice, memes, rituals, community “moments,” and retention loops.
- Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates; create programs that reward loyalty and contribution.
Moderation & Safety
- Maintain a clean environment: remove spam/scams, enforce rules, manage bans/mutes/warnings.
- Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response (raids, phishing attempts, impersonators).
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteer mods (where applicable) with clear shifts and activity reports.
Comms & Coordination
- Post and coordinate announcements: product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and updates.
- Liaise with Support/Risk/Payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and escalate serious cases.
- Collect structured feedback from users and report it back to Product/Growth (bugs, feature requests, friction points).
Community Ops & Reporting
- Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure.
- Track and report community KPIs: active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, support deflection.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord (crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar).
- Strong written communication and the ability to match brand tone across platforms.
- Comfortable moderating high-traffic chats and handling conflict calmly.
- Organised and reliable: can run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans.
- Familiarity with bots, roles, and community tooling (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Collab.Land, etc.).
- Experience in crypto casinos / sportsbooks / iGaming.
- Experience working with KOLs/influencers and coordinating community-driven campaigns.
- Basic analytics skills (dashboards, KPI reporting, sentiment tracking).
- Event/community growth experience (quests, referral programs, tournaments).
