1. Responsibilities- Work with the Experiential Marketing leader to produce flawless live and virtual activations and experiences globally in partnership with internal stakeholders, existing vendors, and external agencies.
- Provide project management support for all assigned event programs including physical events, virtual events & webinars.
- Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for activation messaging, campaigns and activations.
- Oversee assigned budgets, managing costs, timelines, activation investments, agency costs and tracking/reporting.
- Support operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently (ex: payment).
- Provide creative input and direction for each assigned project.
- Partner with key collaborators to craft, develop and deliver audience-targeted content.
- Supporting the creation of detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Support the team lead in crafting and communicating effective program strategies for senior leadership.
- Define, measure, and maintain event metrics and present results to the team lead.
- Taking a proactive approach to handling any challenges that might arise and ability to quickly troubleshoot any problems that should arise -- pre-, post- or during the event.
- Contribute to Medable's high-impact presence on company social channels by capturing live content (Interviews, Booth Content, Product Demos) at activations; to further engage attendees, drive physical foot traffic and expand brand awareness.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 6+ years of Event Management experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Life Science industry experience a plus.
- Social media / content experience a plus:
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, & Monday.com preferred
- Proven ability to move quickly and troubleshoot with efficiency in high-pressure scenarios.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively express tasks and escalate problems.
- Expert in event development, project management, execution and reporting.
Bachelor´s degree.
Travel for in-person events as needed.
