Exterior Project Manager | Roofing & Restoration - ServiceMaster DSI — National Leader in Disaster Recovery

We are seeking a high-performing Exterior Project Manager to oversee roofing and exterior restoration projects from assignment to final walk-through. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work with a company that values your expertise, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Project Execution: Manage day-to-day operations for assigned exterior repair projects, including roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.

  • Subcontractor Management: Source, schedule, and oversee skilled subcontractors to ensure high standards for safety, quality, and timelines.

  • Insurance & Documentation Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain defensible exterior estimates using Xactimate, adhering to carrier and TPA guidelines.

  • Financial Oversight: Track project job costs, protect profit margins, and flag potential budget variances early.

  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering clear communication and an exceptional service experience.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamless handoffs between interior and exterior repair teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in exterior construction, roofing, or insurance restoration (exterior-only insurance repair experience strongly preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate (or similar estimating software) and strong knowledge of TPA/carrier documentation requirements.

  • Certifications & Licensing: Valid Driver’s License required. HAAG Certification or equivalent damage evaluation training preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Strong organization, financial literacy (job costing), and clear communication skills.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to safely climb ladders, access roofs/elevations, lift up to 70 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
