You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries, business functions, and executive-level initiatives while building the analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills that define successful consultants.

Your work will combine quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic thinking, and client collaboration. Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting market, operational, financial, and organizational analyses to support board and executive decision-making.

  • Supporting strategic planning, operational improvement, organizational transformation, and business process optimization initiatives.

  • Building financial models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps that support client recommendations.

  • Performing industry, competitive, and market research to inform strategic decisions.

  • Facilitating client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather insights and align stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Candidates can select a preferred practice area as part of the application process. You can find more information about some of the practice areas below.

1. Healthcare Advisory: As healthcare organizations navigate increasing reimbursement pressure, workforce challenges, regulatory and enforcement complexity, and rapid technological change, we work alongside executive teams and governing bodies to identify opportunities, implement practical solutions, and deliver measurable, lasting results. Our integrated team combines deep industry expertise across strategy, revenue management, operational excellence, clinical transformation, and technology and AI with the comprehensive capabilities of a global advisory firm and the agility, senior attention, and client service of a boutique consultancy. From strategy through implementation, we help clients solve their most complex challenges, accelerate performance improvement, and build organizations positioned for long-term success.

2. Energy & Climate: We are a leading energy consulting team that helps clients across the global energy value chain address complex strategic, commercial, financial, market, regulatory, and dispute-related issues. Our work spans power and utilities, oil and gas, renewables, storage, advanced nuclear, eMobility, hydrogen and low-carbon fuels, carbon management, infrastructure, and the broader energy transition. The team supports energy companies, utilities, independent power producers, investors, developers, technology companies, government agencies, and legal counsel on market strategy, commercial and transaction diligence, project economics, policy and regulatory issues, expert testimony, economic damages analysis, arbitration and litigation, and other high-stakes business challenges.

3. Financial Institutions Advisory: We are a trusted advisor to leading financial services companies. Our professionals bring the right mix of functional expertise and include CPAs, CROs, CRCMs, former regulators, FRMs, data scientists, PhDs, and consultants who drive lasting improvements. We work to help clients meet and execute strategies related to risk and regulation, compliance, financial crime, innovations in technology, accounting, cryptocurrency and blockchain, business process outsourcing, the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, lookbacks, data quality, and evolving customer experience expectations.

With our team of engineers with years of field construction experience, we assist our clients in securing the best outcomes for their projects, minimizing their exposure to potential future claims or disputes, and ensuring that their jobs are completed on schedule and within budget. It is recommended that candidates display an understanding of the construction industry and have a prior familiarity with project scheduling interfaces, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
