Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Agile Scrum Master to support our growing Federal practice. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery for a cross-functional Salesforce engineering team focused on Experience Cloud portals and Agentforce AI implementations. You will serve as a servant leader, ensuring high team velocity, facilitating sprint events, removing delivery blockers, and partnering with product owners and stakeholders to maintain delivery flow within federal compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sprint Facilitation: Lead core Agile ceremonies—including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives—tailored for Experience Cloud and Agentforce deployments.
- Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate team impediments, technical dependencies, and process bottlenecks to keep the development team focused on sprint goals.
- Agile Governance & Compliance: Coordinate sprint activities to align with agency security assessments, NIST guidelines, and Federal Authority to Operate (ATO) milestones.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and communicate team velocity, burndown rates, sprint capacity, and release readiness using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Agile Coaching: Coach team members, product owners, and federal stakeholders on Agile values, backlog estimation, user story acceptance criteria, and continuous delivery best practices.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate transparent communication between development teams and product leadership to ensure smooth delivery across every sprint.
Qualifications:
- Agile Leadership: 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile sprints and driving continuous team improvement within federal IT or government consulting environments.
- Salesforce: Proven track record leading and executing Agile projects on the Salesforce platform, with direct experience guiding delivery teams through Experience Cloud implementations and Agentforce (or Salesforce AI/Einstein) integrations. AgentForce experience is highly preferred.
- Federal Delivery Knowledge: Familiarity with how federal security compliance and ATO timelines integrate into two-week sprint cadences.
- Tools Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency with Agile tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.
- Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
