About Limber
At Limber Health, we’re transforming how musculoskeletal care is delivered—bringing together the best of in-clinic treatment and digital support to help patients recover faster, stay engaged, and feel empowered in their health journey.
Our platform is designed for physical therapists and physicians to extend their care beyond the clinic through a seamless, evidence-based digital experience. With the Limber mobile app and remote care team, patients receive guided home exercise therapy, remote monitoring, and educational support from the comfort of home while staying connected to their care team.
Backed by clinical research from the world’s leading hospital system and trusted by top provider groups and health plans, Limber is redefining what modern rehab looks like by making high-quality care more accessible, engaging, and effective for everyone.
Job Description
As a Field Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be on the front lines of one of the biggest shifts happening in physical therapy today. This role is designed for a licensed PT who is passionate about driving innovation in care delivery and helping clinicians thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
This is a high-impact role that involves extensive travel, with an expected travel commitment of 80%+ of working time. You’ll travel to visit physical therapy clinics in person, helping to coach clinicians and staff on best practices for success with Limber’s market-leading Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) solution.
The Limber team helped pioneer the RTM CPT codes, which are designed to provide better support for patients outside of the clinic, help patients achieve sustainable outcomes with rehabilitation, and reduce unnecessary downstream healthcare costs (e.g. opioids, surgery).
Research shows that adherent PT can decrease downstream total cost of care by up to 60%. However, patients face many barriers with adhering to PT. While 80% of a patient’s outcome with their episode of PT is determined by behavior outside of the clinic, less than 35% of patients adhere to their prescribed home exercise program. Patient adherence to their home exercise program is critical to a successful PT episode and to reducing unnecessary downstream costs, such as avoidable surgeries, injections, imaging, and opioid use.
RTM is revolutionizing PT, delivering a new hybrid care model that combines hands-on in-clinic care with digital services to best meet patients where they are, ultimately providing patients with comprehensive care in-clinic and at-home. Limber’s RTM solution has demonstrated exceptional results in increasing home exercise adherence and improving overall patient outcomes.
In this role, you’ll be visiting clinics that partner with Limber, working 1:1 with clinicians, regional and clinic leadership, and their clinic staff to help them find success with adopting RTM into their practices. You'll build deep relationships, identify barriers to adoption, and drive measurable improvements in RTM utilization and patient outcomes. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful change in the PT industry by helping clinicians adapt to a better, more connected way of delivering care.
Responsibilities
- Full time role, traveling to partner clinics (up to 80%+ travel) to build and maintain strong clinician relationships
- Identify challenges to adoption and collaborate with clinic teams to implement tailored solutions
- Deliver in-person support, coaching, and training to clinicians, regional and clinic leadership, and front-office staff on Limber workflows and platform tools
- Analyze usage metrics and develop strategic action plans to improve performance and engagement
- Serve as the on-the-ground voice of the clinician, surfacing feedback to internal teams to inform product and operational improvements
- Track visit outcomes and progress against client KPIs in a structured and organized way
- Support new client go-lives and implementation initiatives in the field
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- 2+ years of clinical or client-facing experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you excel in building new relationships and have the characteristics to thrive in a coaching role
- Passion for innovation and improving care for patients - you bring exceptional enthusiasm to work every day
- Comfortable with extensive travel— mix of air travel and driving (miles will be reimbursed at the applicable IRS reimbursement rate)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while remaining highly accountable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in real time
- Highly motivated by performance and commission-based earning structures
- Must have reliable access to a major airport for regional travel
- Bonus: Familiarity with musculoskeletal care delivery, remote therapeutic monitoring, EHRs, or digital health platforms
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas at this time.
