We are seeking an enablement professional to help support Field Enablement for the Americas Enterprise & Emerging business unit (BU), with a “one team” joint sales + technical go-to-market motion. Americas Enterprise & Emerging includes Startup, Emerging Enterprise, and Digital Native teams, Retail/Consumer Goods/Travel (RCT) and Communications/Media/Entertainment/Gaming (CMEG) enterprise industries teams, along with geographic teams from Latin America.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales acumen and a deep understanding of a consumption-based motion, as well as a genuine passion for data and AI technologies, field enablement, and adult learning principles.

The role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Field Enablement for the AMER  Enterprise & Emerging BU, and is an individual contributor role.

The impact you will have:

  • Through a strong grasp of the consumption GTM model, you will apply best practices to assess and improve enablement programs to boost sales productivity.
  • Partner closely with leadership and other stakeholders to discover, validate, prioritize, and scale sales enablement initiatives.
  • Develop enablement strategy through innovative programs, covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and reporting oversight.
  • Align programs with BU-strategic priorities to contribute to the global roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep up-to-date with a fast-evolving Databricks platform, product, value messaging, capabilities, and new processes.
  • Lead, facilitate, and coordinate enablement in the region for a sales and technical audience.

What we look for:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, or data/AI technical-adjacent roles.
  • Experience delivering large-scale training and enablement solutions in a Tech or Data/AI company, targeted at a pre-sales GTM audience.
  • Possess or be willing to develop proficiency in foundational Data/AI concepts, the Lakehouse Architecture, and Databricks product.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, coupled with a strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence and engage large audiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies to create and deliver enablement.
