The Field Marketing specialist leads regional marketing efforts for Asset Owners, developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified demand, and support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, events, and content.
You'll partner closely with Sales Directors and BDR teams to shape sector marketing plans, deliver high-impact campaigns, and execute standout events — translating complex value propositions into compelling content, experiences, and enablement tools that resonate with sophisticated institutional audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Integrated Campaigns: Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing programs, working with the broader marketing team, including digital, email, and in-person activations, aligned with regional business objectives and client priorities.
- Content & Messaging: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop thought leadership, case studies, and tailored collateral that resonate with hedge fund and asset management audiences.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage high-touch events such as roundtables, conferences, and webinars to deepen client relationships and drive engagement.
- Performance Analytics: Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI.
- Sales Enablement: Equip business development teams with customized presentations, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence to accelerate deal cycles in partnership with product marketing.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and refine go-to-market strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range
$102,000.00 - $144,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
