City Volkswagen of Evanston is looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager to join our growing dealership. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager, F&I Producer, Automotive Finance Manager, Desk Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step with a dealership that values integrity, customer service, and high performance.

  What You’ll Do
  • Guide customers through financing options and present Finance & Insurance products using a professional menu-selling process
  • Structure vehicle financing and secure approvals through lending partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Maximize F&I performance while delivering a transparent, customer-focused experience
  • Present and sell protection products, including:
    • Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs)
    • GAP Protection
    • Extended Warranty Programs
    • Maintenance Plans
    • Tire & Wheel Coverage
    • Appearance Protection
    • Additional Ancillary Products
  • Complete finance contracts accurately and ensure timely deal funding
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Partner with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and lenders to ensure a smooth vehicle purchase process
  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance & Insurance Manager, F&I Manager, Finance Producer, Desk Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager
  • Automotive dealership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Automotive finance
    • Auto lending
    • Deal structuring
    • Finance contracts
    • Compliance
    • Deal funding
    • Product presentation
  • Experience presenting and selling F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, extended warranties, and ancillary products
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar dealership software is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Valid driver’s license
