The Commercial & Investment Banking Finance & Business Management team is seeking a strategic, analytical, and energetic professional to support the Merchant Services (Payments) business. The team leads financial processes and business operations for the Small & Medium sized business, including investment planning, business cases, budgeting, monthly business reviews, OKRs, financial analysis, and special projects for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reporting; conduct deep‑dive analyses on key business drivers to surface trends, risks, and opportunities
- Executive materials: Develop and deliver polished executive materials that articulate performance, competitive positioning, market opportunities, and progress against goals; rapidly produce mock‑ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards; use PitchPro+ for executive‑level presentation development
- Stakeholder engagement: Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and other F&BM teams; provide high responsiveness to executive ad‑hoc requests across project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Data tooling: Leverage Excel to organize and analyze large datasets and produce impactful analysis; distill data into clear, concise conclusions and executive‑ready materials
- Problem solving and delivery: Identify issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy‑in, and communicate through resolution; manage daily ad‑hoc requests while continuously simplifying and improving business processes with global team members
- Conduct bespoke / ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance, size opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure impact of initiatives
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Communication & storytelling: Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft a clear narrative for initiatives and translate complex qualitative and quantitative insights into concise executive materials
- Analytical & technical: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to handle large datasets and derive insights for decision‑making
- Project & time management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail; effective time management and prioritization
- Collaboration & influence: Able to collaborate across large, matrixed teams; build trusted relationships at multiple levels; provide direction and partner with experienced leadership to implement significant business solutions
- Adaptability & ownership: Self‑motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently; comfortable pivoting focus with shifting business priorities while maintaining quality outcomes

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
