We are seeking a high-performing Finance professional with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for AI, automation and finance transformation. This is a broad role spanning financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A and Finance transformation within a fast-paced FinTech / digital asset environment.
Responsibilities
Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations.
Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering, providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.
Drive Finance transformation and automation, leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models.
Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance, and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years' relevant experience.
Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills.
Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.
Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.
Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
