Position Responsibilities
Guide a team of Tax Specialists, managing workflow and expectations, conducting check-in meetings and promoting a positive work environment.
Evaluate team member performance, providing regular coaching and career planning discussions.
Lead team meetings.
Review tax department reporting and take on special projects as needed.
Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the team.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
1+ year in a customer service setting. Experience with exemption certificates is preferred, but we will train you!
Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
