About the Financial Advisor position

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor who will work directly with clients to develop and implement their investment, financial, insurance, tax, and estate planning needs.

We are seeking a CFP professional with an existing book of business that will transition to RWM.

Financial Advisor responsibilities are:
  • Serve as the point of contact for prospective and current wealth management clients
  • Explore clients' overall financial situation. Create, deliver, execute, and manage complex financial plans
  • Provide the ultimate client experience and delegate all operational tasks to assigned client service & trading team members
  • Be the main point of contact for clients and a knowledgeable resource for them as financial questions arise
  • Provide guidance towards profitable and secure financial solutions to the customers
  • Ensure compliance with all industry rules and regulations
  • Stay informed about trends and updates in the industry 
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about helping clients
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines where accuracy is paramount
  • A fast learner capable of following instructions, accepting constructive feedback, and meeting deadlines
  • Is comfortable collaborating with many different teams and roles
Financial Advisor requirements are:
  • Certified Financial Planner - CFP - Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc
  • 7 or more years of experience in the financial services industry in a client facing role
  • Ability to discuss and present complex financial planning topics to clients and prospects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Accuracy, close attention to detail, and the ability to provide detailed and plain explanations on complex data
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Word, Excel & G Suite
  • Note: All Financial Advisors must have a clean U4 with no disclosures

The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $250,000 -  $800,000

    The final compensation for this position will be set based on the applicant’s qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and therefore, may fall outside the range shown, depending on the circumstances.
