Financial Analyst - Corporate

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Friday; Business hours between 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Location: Downers Grove, IL - Position will be hybrid, working three days in office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

The Financial Analyst supports the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis in delivering financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering across Duly’s Home Office and entity finance functions. This role provides critical support for the Director’s ownership of Home Office financial reporting, the enterprise-wide EPM redesign and implementation, and the build-out of Duly’s monthly forecasting process. The Analyst brings an entrepreneurial, continuous-improvement mindset to this work, identifying and applying AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the value delivered to key stakeholders.

Financial & Operational Reporting (35%)

  • Collaborate directly with cross-functional department leaders and C-Suite executives serving as the Home Office finance business partner, supporting variance analysis for Home Office/Back Office expense categories (HR, IT, Marketing, etc.) under the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis direction
  • Supports financial consolidation activity of Duly’s entities. Assists in data gathering, schedule preparation, and tie-outs
  • Partners with entity finance teams to research and document variance drivers for Monthly Operating Review materials
  • Supports preparation of presentation materials for Board of Directors meetings and other executive/external reporting
  • Brings an entrepreneurial, continuous-improvement mindset to reporting and consolidation workflows, identifying opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual effort and improve accuracy

Forecast & Budget Support (35%)

  • Supports the build-out and execution of Duly’s monthly forecast process under the Director’s guidance, including data preparation and model maintenance
  • Assists in preparing budget inputs and financial models
  • Serves as liaison to Home Office stakeholders, assisting the preparation, input, and review of their forecast and budget submissions
  • Conducts cost and operational trend analysis and prepares variance narratives for Home Office functions
  • Champions the use of AI-enabled tools to improve forecast turnaround, submission tracking, and trend/variance narrative development

OneStream EPM Platform Support (20%)

  • Supports the Director’s leadership of the enterprise-wide OneStream redesign and implementation for financial and operational reporting
  • Assists in identifying data requirements across finance and operational stakeholders
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify and document reporting needs
  • Performs ad hoc analysis and deliverables as project needs arise
  • Identifies and pilots AI use cases to improve data gathering, requirements documentation, and reporting design during the implementation.

Professional Development (10%)

  • Pursues ongoing development of technical and financial acumen, including deepening proficiency in OneStream, Excel, and other finance systems relevant to the role
  • Stays current on healthcare finance, physician group, and value-based care trends relevant to Duly’s business
  • Actively seeks feedback and applies it to improve analytical rigor and communication of findings
  • Pursues relevant professional development opportunities (training, certifications, or continuing education) in partnership with the Director

QUALFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
  • 2 or more years of experience working within finance or financial planning highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare preferred.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $58,000-$87,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
