  • Provide variance analysis to executive management for US legal entities.
  • Lead the effort to build and redesign reporting as part of our Finance Modernization program.

- Forecasting and Planning

  • Build templates and process forecast updates to allow for the consolidation of the US legal entity view of forecasts and plan. Ensure there is proper documentation of all steps.
  • Develop relationships within the global finance team to gather and understand inputs into the forecast.
  • Own the executive relationship and planning, reporting, and forecasting for assigned business unit.

- Ad Hoc Analysis

  • As an output to the forecast process, provide baseline capital planning reporting to Treasury on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the management reporting financial analysts to find efficiencies in planning both the legal entity and management reporting views.

Knowledge & Skills

  • MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables and data manipulation)
  • Prepare executive level PowerPoint presentations to “tell the story” of the financials and the business
  • Essbase experience required; experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus, though not required

  • The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to lead a team independently
  • 5+ years of experience, including Financial Planning or Financial Reporting, preferably in banking industry
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests, frequently working under tight time constraints
  • People management skills. Candidates must be comfortable in being a manager and team leader.
