The Network Development team drives Lithia & Driveway’s growth strategy through acquisitions, divestitures, and market expansion. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating transactions, building financial models, and delivering insights that help shape strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role with strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.


Location: Corporate Office – Medford, OR

Compensation Range: $60,000–$85,000, with a typical starting range of $60,000–$75,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, ROI) to support acquisition and divestiture decisions
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on financial and market analysis
  • Support financial and operational due diligence, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market, brand, and demographic research to inform growth strategy and market planning
  • Assist with acquisition data integration, including reconciliation of financial statements and trial balances
  • Contribute to capital projects, add-point analysis, and other corporate development initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
  • Curiosity and drive to quickly understand LAD’s business model and acquisition strategy
