Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will own preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and assisting with forecasting processes. This position will report to the Senior Director of Corporate FP&A. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.

A Day in the Life
Own corporate financial reporting and forecasts under supervision and help drive improvements to the process
Analyze financial data to identify trends and surface insights, not just report the numbers
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc strategic analysis
Conduct variance analysis and drive improvement to forecasting tools
Collaborate with business leaders to gather, validate, and interpret financial data

We are looking for someone who brings
Must Haves:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
-2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Experience with month-end close reporting and budget/forecast cycles
-Knowledge of GAAP and its application in financial reporting

Nice to Haves
-Advanced Excel skills – XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, PowerPivot, etc.
-Experience with Pigment, Adaptive Planning, or other financial planning tools
-Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, NRR/GRR, CAC/LTV, etc.)

-Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
-Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present financial insights
