Significance, Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to provide financial systems management and technical support to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Resources and Force Analysis (RFA). This position is remote and requires an active Secret clearance. The position will support day-to-day financial management operations, troubleshoot financial system issues, assist commands with financial resources, and provide analytical and technical writing support.
The successful candidate will be an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage assigned tasks, troubleshoot financial system issues, communicate effectively with Government stakeholders, and produce accurate, professional written products with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to quickly learn organizational processes and financial systems and apply that knowledge to resolve customer issues and support mission requirements.
Required Skills:
• 2–5 years of experience supporting financial management, financial systems, business operations, DoD programs, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing financial data, researching discrepancies, and identifying practical solutions to financial or systems-related problems.
• Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, correspondence, or other professional written products.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
