We are seeking a Pricing Analytics & AI Specialist to drive data-driven pricing strategies, margin optimization initiatives, and AI adoption across the Commercial Management organization. This role combines advanced analytics, pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, and artificial intelligence to improve profitability and commercial decision-making.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership, leveraging data and AI-powered insights to enhance pricing governance, identify growth opportunities, and support business transformation initiatives.
Build practical AI and analytics capabilities that improve pricing decisions, margin visibility, forecasting quality, and commercial governance across the Fixed Networks Americas.
 

ResponsibilitiesPricing Analytics & Margin Optimization
  • Analyze pricing performance, profitability, discounts, and margin trends across products, services, customers, and regions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing discipline and increase profitability.

  • Support pricing reviews, business cases, and strategic pricing initiatives.

  • Develop pricing models, scenario analyses, and financial simulations.

  • Monitor compliance with pricing policies and commercial governance rules.

  • Create dashboards and KPIs to track pricing effectiveness, margin performance, and business outcomes.

     

    AI-Driven Pricing & Commercial Intelligence
  • Lead the adoption and deployment of AI-enabled analytics within the Commercial Management organization.

  • Develop AI-assisted pricing recommendation models to support pricing decisions and deal governance.

  • Use AI to identify margin leakage, pricing inconsistencies, discounting patterns, and profitability improvement opportunities.

  • Build predictive models for price optimization, win probability, forecast accuracy, margin improvement, product and service attach rates, and customer purchasing behaviors.

  • Develop AI-powered insights that improve the speed and quality of commercial decisions.

    Competitive Intelligence & Market Analytics
  • Monitor competitor pricing trends, market dynamics, and industry developments.

  • Analyze historical deal outcomes and competitive bid intelligence.

  • Support competitive displacement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

  • Develop market opportunity and market share growth models.

  • Conduct scenario planning and commercial impact assessments.

    Automation & Digital Transformation
  • Automate recurring reporting and analytical processes.

  • Develop self-service business intelligence dashboards.

  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies to streamline commercial workflows.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual activities and improve operational efficiency.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives across Commercial Management.

    Executive Reporting & Decision Support
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards.

  • Support business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Translate complex data into clear, concise business narratives.

  • Present analytical findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Provide analytical support for strategic business initiatives and major customer opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in pricing analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, commercial operations, sales operations, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or data analytics.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Develop AI-powered insights that improve pricing governance and decision quality.

  • Identify measurable opportunities for margin expansion and commercial performance improvement.

  • Increase visibility into competitive positioning, pricing effectiveness, and business risks.

  • Contribute to building AI capabilities as a core component of the Commercial Management function.
