Forward Deployed Engineer (Contract, Remote)

Location: Remote (preferred: Poland, Ukraine, Romania, but open to other countries if quality is high)
Type: Contract, Full-time

About Vibecode

We're building the future of software creation. Vibecode is the first full-stack vibe coding platform for mobile and web, letting anyone bring ideas to life as working apps—no code required. With over 200K users and ~$10M raised from top investors like 776, Neo, and Long Journey Ventures, we're scaling fast.

The Role

You'll be embedded with our top users—founders, creators, and builders launching real products to real customers. When they're sprinting toward launch or tackling ambitious challenges, you'll be their engineering partner, helping them deliver at the highest level.

This is a front-row seat at one of the fastest-moving AI startups. You'll have deep product access and autonomy to help our users succeed while directly shaping how our platform evolves. Work as part of an elite engineering team, collaborate closely with users, and accelerate product impact—without relocating to the US.

What You'll Do
  • Pair with leading Vibecode users, helping them ship and scale their apps

  • Dive directly into user projects: code reviews, optimization, and unblocking roadblocks

  • Collaborate with our San Francisco product engineering team to solve tough, technical challenges

  • Proactively identify recurring pain points, influencing platform improvements

  • Build tools, docs, and systems that supercharge our users' workflow

What We're Looking For
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills (Expo + Node.js is required)

  • Built and shipped your own apps to the App Store or Play Store

  • Quick learner able to navigate unfamiliar codebases with ease

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

  • Available for 4–5 hours of US timezone overlap daily

  • You love working directly with users just as much as you do with code

Compensation

$1,500–$4,000/month USD, depending on experience. High performers have a clear path to a full-time role.
