Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments.
  • Develop integrations using APIs and custom code.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Automate deployments and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide technical support during implementation and go-live.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Terraform, monitoring tools, and AI/LLM technologies.
