About Yubi

Yubi is one of India's fastest-growing fintech platforms, having scaled to billions in transaction volume by reimagining how credit markets connect lenders, borrowers, and investors. Now we're bringing that model to the US — and we're building the founding team that will make it happen.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a well-capitalized, proven fintech expanding into one of the world's largest financial markets. You won't be inheriting a territory, you'll be defining one.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Account Executive who is a true hunter, someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building pipelines from scratch, and knows how to open doors in financial services and enterprise tech. You'll be among the first feet on the ground in the US, working directly with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, refine our ICP, and close the deals that set the trajectory for our US business.

This isn't a role for someone who needs a play book handed to them. You'll be writing it.

What You'll do?

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
• Build pipeline from zero in a new market; leverage your network and hustle to create early momentum
• Partner closely with the US and India leadership teams to adapt our value proposition for the US market
• Provide ground-level market intelligence to inform product, pricing, and positioning decisions
• Help hire and shape the sales team as we scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise tech
• Proven track record of hunting and closing net-new logos
• Experience selling to financial institutions (banks & credit unions), credit markets, or enterprise buyers a strong plus
• Comfortable in a 0-to-1 environment; startup or early-stage experience preferred
• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
• Self-directed, resourceful, and energised by ambiguity

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive base + attractive commission structure
• Meaningful equity. You're joining a founding team
• Direct line to leadership and real influence over how Yubi US is built
• The backing of a proven, scaled platform with product-market fit already established in India, MENA and SE Asia
• A path to leadership opportunities as the US team grows
WHY NOW

Yubi has already proven the model. The platform works, the demand is real, and the US opportunity is enormous. We're not figuring out if this works, we're figuring out how fast. The person who joins now will have an outsized impact on that answer, and will be rewarded accordingly.

If you're the kind of seller who's been waiting for a chance to build something meaningful, we’d love to meet you.
