How we work
  • Impact: We create measurable business outcomes that matter to our customers. We measure our success by the results they achieve.

  • Excellence: We strive to be better every day and never settle for "good enough." We win as one team.

  • Ownership: We take ownership of results, not just responsibilities. We think beyond our individual roles, follow through on our commitments, and hold ourselves accountable for the outcomes we create.

  • Transparency: We communicate openly and honestly. We share knowledge freely, celebrate successes, own our mistakes, and surface challenges early.

About the role

We are looking for a driven, curious, and impact-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. You will drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organizations automate their ERP processes with AI. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, and directly shape how the next generation of companies operates.

This is a true self-starter role. You will carry the full pipeline yourself, source to close, run the entire process end to end, report proactively on progress and risks, and build the playbooks and customized decks that future hires will inherit. You create structure rather than waiting for it.

You will engage senior decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, COOs) to uncover challenges, design tailored solutions, and position BLP as the platform that transforms core business processes from human effort into agentic workflows. Our customers are manufacturing, retail, CPG, pharma, and healthcare organizations with high process complexity and high transaction volume. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver value throughout the customer journey.

Location

Boston, MA. This role is based in our Boston office three days a week.

We are not offering a remote arrangement for this position. You must already live in the Greater Boston area or be prepared to relocate before your start date.

Work authorization

You must already be authorized to work in the United States. BLP Digital US Inc does not sponsor employment visas for this role, and will not do so in the future. Please do not apply if you require sponsorship now or will require it later.

What you'll own

Pipeline creation and territory strategy

  • Build and execute a territory and account plan covering target accounts, stakeholders, sequencing, and multi-threading strategy.

  • Create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner motion, events, and customer referrals.

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting, operating a repeatable, metrics-driven cadence and reporting proactively on progress, risks, and what you need from the organization.

Insight-led selling and deal shaping

  • Challenge the customer's initial framing and introduce a sharper point of view on where value is trapped: exceptions, approvals, master data, controls.

  • Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction, then translate it into a crisp target-state narrative, urgency, and mutual action plan.

  • Build internal alignment across CFO and CIO led buying committees, including champions, economic buyers, IT and security, and process owners.

Commercial ownership

  • Own the business case, pricing strategy, proposals, negotiation, and contracting.

  • Quantify and communicate value in terms executives act on: capacity release, cycle time reduction, working capital improvement, control and compliance, stack simplification.

  • Drive deals to closure with clear next steps, strong deal governance, and accurate forecasting.

Building the foundations

  • Run your own discovery workshops, demos, and technical conversations in the early phase before Solutions Engineering coverage is in place.

  • Build the playbooks, qualification frameworks, objection libraries, and battle cards that future Account Executives will inherit.

  • Customize decks and collateral by segment, persona, and use case, and feed the patterns that work back into marketing and product.

Orchestration across pre-sales and delivery

  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to run workshops and demos and de-risk technical concerns around security, integration, and rollout as the function comes online.

  • Align with Customer Success on implementation readiness, success criteria, and expansion paths.

  • Ensure clean handoffs from close to kickoff, maintaining continuity of the value narrative and outcomes.

Competitive positioning

  • Position BLP against point tools and fragmented stacks (OCR, IDP, workflow automation, RPA, copilots) with an end-to-end, exceptions-first narrative.

  • Anticipate and neutralize competitive plays with crisp differentiation and proof.

What we're looking for
  • 3 to 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience, or equivalent complex solution sales, with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Genuine self-starter: comfortable owning source to close without scaffolding, and energized by building the systems rather than inheriting them.

  • Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles. You can respectfully push back, quantify impact, and mobilize buying committees.

  • Strong executive presence with CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Shared Services, and comfort navigating enterprise procurement.

  • Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals: mutual action plans, MEDDICC-style qualification, forecasting discipline.

  • Strong collaboration with pre-sales and post-sales teams. You sell what can be delivered.

Strong plus
  • ERP or SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public or Private Cloud), or selling into finance, procurement, and shared services transformations.

  • Experience selling automation platforms and winning against incumbents.

  • Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.

What you'll get
  • A product that wins. A differentiated platform with strong market traction, giving you credibility and leverage in executive conversations.

  • A market to call yours. You are the commercial presence in a new market, not a seat in an established one.

  • A stake in what you build. Long-term participation in the company's success, with details discussed openly during the process.

  • 25 days of paid vacation. European-standard time off, well above the US norm, because sustained performance depends on it.

  • Growth and autonomy. Build your own success path in a rapidly scaling, internationally expanding company.

  • Continuous learning. Structured onboarding and ongoing coaching to help you excel.

  • Exceptional team. Ambitious, collaborative colleagues who push each other toward excellence.
