Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Location: Greater Boston
Reports to: Vice President, Finance

Position Overview:

We’re looking for our first FP&A Analyst to join the team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help build our FP&A function from the ground up, delivering critical financial insights, models, and reporting to guide our growth. This role will play a key part in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis efforts, and will serve as a business partner to cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our scaling journey.

Key Responsibilities:

●        Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

●        Analyze performance against budget/forecast and provide variance explanations

●        Develop dashboards and reports for SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, LTV:CAC, gross margin, burn rate, etc.)

●        Assist with executive, board, and investor reporting

●        Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions

●        Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align financial plans

●        Design and automate internal reporting tools and processes

●        Help establish FP&A best practices for a scaling SaaS business

Qualifications:

●        2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar roles

●        Strong Excel financial modeling skills

●        Familiarity with SaaS metrics and financial drivers

●        Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive

●        Strong communicator—able to translate numbers into insights for stakeholders

●        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

●        Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

●        Experience with FP&A tools and ERP systems is a plus
